Before taking the listing, Patsy will:
  • Provide an accurate CMA,
    a thorough and accurate Market Analysis to help you determine the best asking price
  • Provide a home enhancement consultation,
    helping you to "stage" your home to perfection
  • Provide an improvements analysis,
    letting you know what minor improvements will be cost effective, improving your "bottom line"
  • Provide contractor referrals,
    putting you in touch with reputable, reliable contractors to make any small repairs or improvements for a fair price
  • Obtain detailed information and photos
    for your property, to enable him to highlight all the best features of the property, both in written advertising and in full-color photos
Once you have listed, Patsy will:
  • Place your yard sign,
